Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at nooksandcanny@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product/packaging. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Q: What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
A: Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your household members, neighbors, or local post office. While Nook & Canny is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping & Processing
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier but usually take 2–7 business days within the U.S. During seasonal launches and high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please email us—we’ll do our best to see what’s possible.

Q: Do your candles contain harmful ingredients?
A: Absolutely not. Our candles are made with clean-burning waxes (soy, beeswax, or blends), phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks whenever possible. We’re committed to making safe, high-quality products for your home.
Q: I have allergies or sensitive skin. Are your products safe for me?
A: We use natural, high-quality ingredients, but sensitivities vary. Please read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Always test a small amount first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Nook & Canny is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
Q: Why does my handmade item look slightly different from the photo?
A: That’s the beauty of handmade! Each piece is crafted in small batches, so color, texture, and finish may vary. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of owning a one-of-a-kind item.
Q: How do I care for fabric and reusable items?
A: Most of our sewn goods (sponges, cozies, tote bags, etc.) are machine washable on a gentle/cold cycle. We recommend air drying to extend their lifespan. Specific care instructions can be found on each product listing.
