Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly work with you to make it right. Please email us within 5 business days with photos and your order number.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (like seasonal launches), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Q: Do your candles contain harmful ingredients?
A: Absolutely not. We use clean-burning waxes (like soy or beeswax), phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks whenever possible. We always list ingredients in product descriptions.
Q: Why does my handmade item look slightly different from the photo?
A: That’s the beauty of handmade! Each item is crafted in small batches, so color, texture, and finish may vary slightly making every piece one-of-a-kind.
Q: Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
A: We’re happy to accommodate custom or bulk orders for events, bridal gifts, or wholesale requests when possible. Please email us at nooksandcanny@gmail.com with details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
