Shipping Policy – Nook & Canny

At Nook & Canny, each order is carefully packaged and shipped with love. Because our products are handmade in small batches, our shipping timelines are structured to balance quality craftsmanship with timely delivery.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing (January–September): Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Holiday Processing (October–December): Due to high order volumes, seasonal launches, and craft fair schedules, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

  • If additional delays occur, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped.

  • Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please email us—we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered periodically.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first.

  • Nook & Canny is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately at nooksandcanny@gmail.com—we’ll update it if your order hasn’t yet shipped.
