We appreciate your support of small, handmade businesses like Nook & Canny. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, our return policy is structured to be fair while protecting the integrity of our handmade products.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of candles, bath items, and other handmade goods, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Email us at nooksandcanny@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our sole discretion. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, please contact your local post office or carrier first. Nook & Canny is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and are marked delivered by the carrier. However, we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
Disclaimer for Handmade Products
At Nook & Canny, each item is lovingly made by hand. Variations in color, scent strength, texture, or design are to be expected and celebrated as part of the handmade charm.
We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about our products. Customers with sensitivities or allergies should consult a professional before using scented or topical items.
Safety & Allergy Notice
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredients. Nook & Canny is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Nook & Canny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
