Return Policy-Disclaimer

Return Policy – Nook and Canny

Effective Date: April 3,2025

We appreciate your support of small, handmade businesses like Nook and Canny. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, our return policy is structured to be fair while protecting the integrity of our handmade products.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of candles, bath items, and other handmade goods, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Email us at www.nooksandcanny@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, please contact your local post office or carrier first. Nook and Canny is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility, but we’ll do our best to assist.
